Because each item is custom made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, color, or change of mind.

We Do Not Offer Refunds or Returns For:

  • Wrong size, color, or style chosen by the customer
  • Buyer’s remorse or changes in preference
  • Shipping delays out of our control

Please double-check all product details, including size, color, and personalization, before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’re happy to offer a free replacement or full refund.

To qualify:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged item, including packaging if relevant

Once we review and approve the claim, we’ll send a replacement at no cost or issue a refund, your choice. There is no need to return the damaged item.

How to Report an Issue

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged product
