We begin working on custom orders quickly, so changes aren’t guaranteed. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll try to help.
Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, production may already be underway. Contact us as soon as possible to know whether your order can be cancelled.
Some products support multiple pets—please check the product description or contact us for details.
Yes, we offer unlimited digital proofs of your custom product design before starting its production. This way, you can expect to know how your order will turn out.
Processing & Shipping
Production takes 2–5 business days. Shipping typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location.
Not at the moment. All orders are shipped using standard delivery.
Yes, at the moment we ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, France, Germany, and Sweden. If you want to ship else where, please contact us so we can let you know whether it’s possible or not.
Shipping is FREE on all orders to the United States. International shipping costs vary based on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
Yes! You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order is shipped.
Tracking can take 1–3 days to update after shipping. If there’s a long delay, contact us and we’ll look into it.
Returns & Refunds
No, since every product is custom-made, we don’t accept returns for size, color, or preference-related reasons.
Please double-check your order before submitting. Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds or replacements for incorrect selections.
We’ll gladly send a replacement or refund your order. Please contact us within 30 days of product delivery with clear photos of the issue.
No return is needed. Just send us a photo of the damage or issue and we’ll handle it from there.
We work hard to ensure every product is beautifully made. Since it’s custom, refunds are only offered for damage or production errors, not personal preference. But don’t worry! We offer unlimited proofs before production so that your custom product turns out exactly how you want it!
